At the beginning of selecting suppliers, we carried out detailed investigation on their business scale, key production parameter control, credit rating, qualification validity. Then, we wound applied samples for trail operation. Only those suppliers with qualified products and strict quality control system can enter our QVL (Quality Vendors List).
We make clear product acceptance standards. All product acceptances conform to and even higher than international and industrial standard to ensure our products are qualified and have the best performance during customers’ projects.
We will record the suppliers’ product and service feedback from customers, so that we can choose superior suppliers quickly for the next time and provide our customers with best water treatment products and services.
All parts and system we supply can supply Test report for customers and have definitive warranty period. During warranty period, all feedback will be dealt within 24 hours.
For suppliers involved in the quality problem, we will recheck enterprise qualification and urge them to propose corrective measures. If the quality cannot be improved, the suppliers will be removed from our QVL (Quality Vendors List).
